Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Operations Manager in daily operational and administrative tasks.
- Assist with the preparation, tracking, and management of sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts.
- Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to streamline workflows.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and highlight variances to targets.
- Help prepare proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
- Support process improvements to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales team.
- Assist in onboarding and training new sales team members on tools and processes.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in sales operations, sales support, or administrative coordination preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
