Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales & Operations Executive to manage customer interactions, support sales activities, and ensure smooth day-to-day business operations. This role involves handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, issuing invoices, coordinating work assignments, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service
- Answer and respond to customer calls, emails, and enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and send quotations to clients based on project requirements.
- Follow up with clients on quotations, outstanding proposals, and ongoing projects.
- Assist the sales team in identifying potential business opportunities and building customer relationships.
Operations & Coordination
- Assign and coordinate daily work tasks with internal teams and subcontractors.
- Organize day-to-day operations to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors where necessary to support project and operational needs.
- Maintain records of orders, deliveries, and customer feedback.
Administrative & Finance Support
- Issue invoices and track payments from customers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, quotations, and invoices in the system.
- Support management with reports on sales performance, operational activities, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Construction related, Business Administration, Sales, or related field (or relevant work experience).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or operations coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic accounting/invoicing software.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude.
Working Conditions
- Office-based role with occasional site coordination if required.
