About The Team

Youll be joining inlines Singapore Business Development team - a fast-growing, high-energy group that sits at the heart of our market expansion in South East Asia. We work closely with restaurant owners, operators, and partners across the F&B ecosystem to help them streamline operations and grow revenue. The team thrives on collaboration, speed, and impact: BDs bring in new opportunities, CSMs drive long-term success, and RevOps keeps everything running smoothly. As Sales Coordinator, youll play a key role in connecting these dots - ensuring that deals move seamlessly from signing to activation, and that our team is empowered to focus on winning and serving the best restaurants in Singapore.

About The Role

As Sales Coordinator, youll be the backbone of our Singapore sales operations. Your role is to keep the engine running smoothly - supporting the BD team with contract documentation, Salesforce updates, invoice follow-ups, and process improvements. Youll work cross-functionally with Business Development, RevOps, GTM, and Customer Success to ensure every signed deal turns into revenue without friction. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, communication skills, and a knack for organisation directly contribute to the teams success and inlines growth in Singapore.

This role is based in Singapore.

In This Role, You&aposll

  • Oversee AR processes, follow up on payment fulfilment, and escalate overdue cases when needed.
  • Keep Salesforce and client records accurate, organised, and up to date.
  • Prepare and manage client agreements, decks, and compliance documentation.
  • Provide operational support across BD, RevOps, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure smooth deal progression.
  • Support BDs with research, customer calls, and meetings.
  • Develop and implement workflows that streamline administrative tasks and optimise sales operations.
  • Generate regular reports and insights to support senior management decision-making.

This role is designed with clear progression. As you grow, youll take on increasing responsibility in areas such as:

  • Owning Salesforce data integrity, reporting, and workflow optimisation
  • Support pricing models, deal structuring, and approvals to drive predictable revenue
  • Prepare quotations, agreements, and client-facing materials for BDs
  • Contribute insights through reporting, pipeline analysis, and market research
  • Driving front-office team success

A perfect stepping stone into Sales Ops, RevOps, Customer Success, or BD in the SaaS/F&B tech space.

You Might Thrive In This Role If You Have

  • Proficiency in reading and speaking Mandarin
  • Diploma/Bachelors in Business, Admin, or related field
  • 13 years experience in sales support, AR/collections, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong organisation, attention to detail, and persistence in follow-ups
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM), Google Workspace/MS Office
  • Team player whos eager to learn, adaptable, and growth-minded
