As Sales & Operations Manager, you will play a dual role - leading sales efforts to grow occupancy and revenue, while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the co-working and serviced office facilities.

• Location: Multiple Locations
• Working Hours: 8.45am to 6.15pm
• Working Days: 5-days
• Annual Bonus: Subject to individual performance

Job Description

• Develop and execute sales strategies
• Generate leads through networking, outreach and collaboration
• Report on sales metrics and adjust strategies as needed
• Oversee operations aspects a few co-working spaces
• Conducting sales viewings leading to closure
• Responsible for co-working space occupancy

Job Requirements

• Able to conduct sales successfully
• Able to be adaptable to fast changing environment
• Responsible and accountable
• Min 1 year of working experience
