Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations Support
- Manage and maintain the end-to-end sales process, including lead capture, distribution, and follow-up tracking to ensure timely engagement and conversion.
- Oversee and update the CRM system, ensuring accuracy of data (leads, pipeline status, enrollment records, conversion tracking) and producing actionable reports for management.
- Coordinate with the sales team to prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports, highlighting conversion rates, ROI by channel, and revenue impact.
- Support enrollment campaigns and parent outreach activities, ensuring proper documentation, tracking of promotions, and incentive management.
- Provide administrative and operational support for offline events, roadshows, and parent workshops, including pre-event preparation and post-event lead follow-up.
- Act as the bridge between sales and marketing, ensuring marketing-generated leads from organic, referral, and paid campaigns are properly captured, qualified, and converted.
- Continuously review and improve sales processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to drive efficiency, compliance, and scalability.
Marketing & Lead Channels (Integrated Responsibility)
- Coordinate with marketing teams to support multi-channel campaigns (organic traffic, referral programs, and paid advertising) ensuring smooth integration into the sales pipeline.
- Track performance across channels, consolidate data into dashboards/reports, and provide recommendations to optimize lead quality and conversion.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in sales support, operations, or marketing coordination (education industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of digital and offline marketing channels.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Willing to support during weekends.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to liaise with parents and internal teams.
Compensation Package
- Base salary: SGD 3,000 - 4,000
