What you'll be doing
- Oversee daily operational functions and ensure seamless service delivery
- Review, implement, and improve workflows, policies, and processes to enhance efficiency and patient experience
- Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams to resolve operational issues and support multidisciplinary initiatives
- Manage data collation, operational reports, and performance metrics to support decision-making and compliance
- Support resource allocation, manpower planning, and utilisation of facilities to meet patient and departmental needs
- Drive quality improvement initiatives, patient safety measures, and service innovation projects
- Provide administrative support for regulatory submissions, audits, and compliance requirements
- Contribute to hospital-wide projects and new service developments to strengthen operational capabilities and organisational growth
What we're looking for
- Bachelor Degree in Healthcare Administration/ Business Management or related studies
- 1 - 4 years of working experience in healthcare operations (hospital/ clinic/ healthcare institution)
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting, analysis, and presentations
- Familiarity with hospital information systems (e.g., EMR, patient management systems) and data management tools will be an advantage
- Knowledge of data analysis, process mapping, or project management methodologies is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment and manage multiple priorities
