Position Title: Operations Executive (Food Court Chain)
Location: Islandwide | Schedule: 6 days/week (44 hours) | Salary: $3,000 - $3,500
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily operations of multiple food court outlets to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Build strong relationships with tenants, addressing concerns, improving processes, and supporting their success.
- Manage manpower planning, scheduling, and coordination with vendors and cleaners.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and operational standards are consistently met.
- Monitor sales performance and implement practical improvements for better results.
- Support the opening of new outlets and operational rollout when required.
Who We're Looking For
- Hands-on and proactive.
- A natural communicator who builds trust with tenants, staff, and customers.
- Prior experience in F&B, facilities management, or operations is a strong plus.
