As a Food Court Executive, you will support the daily operations of the food court, ensuring smooth tenant coordination, excellent hygiene standards, and great customer service. You will be the key link between stall operators, the management team, and customers - ensuring that both operational efficiency and service standards are upheld.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Food Court Manager in overseeing daily operations and tenant relations.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety compliance in accordance with SFA/NEA guidelines.
- Handle frontline duties, including addressing customer queries and resolving complaints promptly.
- Assist with stall operations including cashiering and preparation when needed
- Check stall operations (opening/closing, food handling practices, uniform & staff compliance).
- Support in compiling sales reports, cash reconciliation, and basic administrative duties.
- Coordinate with contractors/maintenance vendors for repair and upkeep of facilities.
- Assist with rostering, shift arrangements, and guiding junior staff where required.
- Provide operational support during peak periods, weekends, and promotional activities.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of F&B or customer service experience prior food court/hawker centre exposure is an advantage.
- Candidates with strong service aptitude may also be considered for junior roles.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and handle fast-paced operations.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
