This role is for an Operations Assistant / Logistics Coordinator responsible for supporting daily operational and logistics activities to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of goods and services. The position involves coordinating shipments, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining accurate records of orders and transactions. Responsibilities include liaising with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination, tracking shipments and resolving delays, and assisting in process optimization. The role also supports documentation, reporting, and compliance with operational procedures, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage logistics and operational tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Proficiency in data entry, inventory management systems, and reporting tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in dynamic environments
  • Adaptability and a proactive approach to improving operational efficiency
  • A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
