You will serve as a key financial contributor managing accounting and controlling functions for the growing Southeast Asia and Oceania markets, enjoying a modern 4.5-day work week and a hybrid arrangement of 2 days in the office.

• Handle regional financial accounting operations with a specific focus on specialized asset reporting and compliance.

• Manage the full spectrum of the monthly closing cycle including ledger reconciliations and detailed variance reporting.

• Act as the primary coordinator for external audit requirements to ensure regional statutory alignment and accuracy.

• Identify opportunities to integrate advanced automation and digital tools to enhance the speed and quality of financial workflows.

• Support regional tax filing requirements and participate in multi-market process transformation initiatives.

skills and experience required.The ideal candidate possesses strong technical proficiency and brings a vibrant, highly motivated approach to a fast-paced multinational setting.

• A recognized degree or diploma in a dedicated accounting or finance discipline.

• At least two to three years of professional experience in an accounting role, ideally within a global corporate environment.

• Advanced capability in professional office software and a strong understanding of international reporting standards.

• A proactive mindset with the ability to take full ownership of deliverables and navigate complex market environments.

• Previous experience or interest in utilizing intelligent automation and financial systems to drive efficiency.
