Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee logistics, supply chain coordination, and operational efficiency for our events and programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in operations management, logistics planning, and process optimization, ensuring seamless execution of projects and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute logistics for events, conferences, and programs.
- Oversee supply chain management for materials, equipment, and vendor services.
- Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor key performance metrics and generate operational reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and organizational standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Proven experience in operations management, logistics coordination, or supply chain analysis.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in part-time, full-time, or hybrid work arrangements.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with event management, project coordination, or inventory systems.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Knowledge of fintech industry trends and event logistics is a plus.
