Project Coordinator (Execution Support)
The Project Coordinator supports the administrative day-to-day execution of projects by working closely with the design team, external vendors, and account leads.
This role focuses on coordinating deliverables, supporting client communications, and ensuring that the accounts manager has accurate and up-to-date information across all ongoing work.
You will play a key role in keeping execution organised, responsive, and aligned across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with internal and external design teams to ensure deliverables are produced on time
Support communication between account managers and clients, including follow-ups, updates, and clarifications
Assist in translating client requests into clear, actionable tasks for the design and execution teams
Track progress of assigned deliverables and provide regular updates to PIC
Ensure all information related to projects (timelines, status, changes) is accurate and up to date
Follow up with relevant teams to ensure tasks are progressing as planned
Flag delays, gaps, or misalignment early and escalate to account manager where necessary
Support in organising files, assets, and documentation across projects
Assist in maintaining consistency across deliverables and ensuring requirements are met before submission
Requirements
At least one year of experience in a coordination, account support, or administrative role
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks across different projects
Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable working with designers, clients, and external vendors
Detail-oriented with the ability to track progress and spot inconsistencies
Proactive with strong follow-up discipline
Able to take instructions, execute accurately, and provide timely updates
Familiar with project management tools
Experience supporting multiple brands or accounts concurrently
