Manage and coordinate sea freight shipments efficiently.
Ensure all customer requirements are fulfilled with accurate and precise documentation.
Maintain full compliance with Workplace Safety & Health procedures.
Execute assigned duties accurately while monitoring costs, timelines, and service quality.
Prepare and process import documentation and declarations (e.g., HBL, MBL, manifests, pre-alerts), including customs and TradeNet operations.
Perform general shipping tasks, including system data entry.
Coordinate and resolve shipment-related issues promptly.
Communicate effectively with customers, shipping lines, transport teams, trucking partners, and overseas offices to ensure smooth shipment handling.
Keep customers informed of shipment status and ensure documentation accuracy.
Ensure timely billing and collection of charges from consignees or their agents.
Handle all transactions accurately, completely, and within deadlines.
Follow up with CFS warehouses and overseas offices on discrepancies such as short-landed or damaged cargo.
Respond to customer inquiries and manage complaints professionally.
Prepare payment vouchers, verify vendor costs, close shipment files, and maintain proper documentation.
Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisors.
Liaise with multiple stakeholders, including customers, warehouses, carriers, depots, trucking providers, insurers, and customs authorities, based on shipment needs.
