Core Responsibilities:
- Handle all new and/or existing customers appointment booking.
- Attend to walk-in customers at the outlet.
- Assist all customers enquires via emails and callings, including cold calling.
- Assist outlet manager on individual's commission calculation including data entry work.
- Manage outlet POS System for all transaction.
- Handle of monetary receipts and payment.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
