Customer Service Officer (Beauty)

Job Description & Requirements

Working hours: Monday-Friday 11am to 8pm/ Weekend and Public Holiday 10am-7pm

2 days off per week (1weekday ,1 weekend)

Job Description

. Handle all new and/or existing customers appointment booking.

. Attend to walk-in customers at the outlet.

. Assist all customers enquires via emails and callings, including cold calling.

. Assist outlet manager on individual's commission calculation including data entry work.

. Manage outlet POS System for all transaction.

. Handle of monetary receipts and payment.

. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
