Job Summary
You will coordinate communications between agents, customers, and internal departments, manage delivery documentation and cash control, and perform administrative tasks to support smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate phone calls with agents, customers, and sales Technical/Provision departments to ensure clear communication and timely responses
- Manage, sort, and distribute emails to the appropriate workflow personnel to maintain efficient information flow
- Control delivery orders and cash by ensuring accurate return of delivery notes and cash handling
- Perform other administrative duties to support daily operational needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum N/O level education to support basic administrative tasks
- Proficient verbal communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and able to communicate clearly in spoken and written English
- Ability to work independently to complete assigned tasks without supervision
- Willingness to work a 5.5-day workweek with alternate Saturdays off
