Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and hire suitable candidates efficiently.
  • Oversee employee onboarding to ensure smooth integration and compliance with company policies.
  • Handle employee relations matters, address concerns, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Process applications, renewals, issuance, and cancellation of work passes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee performance and skills.
  • Verify attendance records and update leave information to ensure accurate employee data.
  • Manage payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
  • Administer leave and medical records in compliance with company policies.
  • Ensure all HR practices comply with relevant labour laws and regulations, including the Employment Act.
  • Perform ad-hoc HR duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE N Level or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in HR-related roles preferred.
  • Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice is an advantage.

Other Information

  • 5.5-day work week (alternate Saturdays)
  • Transport provided at designated pick-up points
