The HR Executive will provide end‑to‑end HR operational support for the plant during the maternity cover period for at least 8 months contract. The role focuses on ensuring HR continuity, timely execution of HR processes, and effective stakeholder support in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the recruitment and selection of all levels for the plant, ensuring sufficient numbers to meet overall organization business objectives
  • Advise and work with departments to administer disciplinary procedure and handle any arising employee grievances.
  • Address employee inquiries and to ensure adherence to local labour laws and internal HR policies.
  • Support the performance review process, including training staff and assisting managers with goal setting.
  • Assist in companywide C&B activities such as Merit Increment, AWS and Variable Bonus payout, Annual Performance Appraisal etc. b) Responsible for Annual Budgeting exercise and related monthly budget variance reports and activities
  • Preparation of HR Report Reports. Maintain HR dashboards and provide basic people analytics (attrition, HC report etc)
  • Support employee onboarding, offboarding coordination, and probation tracking.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, events, and communications.

What Are We Looking For

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant working experience in an HR role
  • Prior experience working in a manufacturing or plant environment would be an advantage
