Job Summary
You will prepare and pack goods for delivery, manage inventory by checking and recording items in the system, load and unload goods to lorries and containers, handle goods returns and prepare credit notes, assist customers via phone and in person, and print invoices for deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and pack goods accurately to meet delivery requirements
- Load and unload goods to and from lorries to ensure timely transportation
- Manage inventory by checking goods and entering accurate data into the system
- Load and unload goods to and from containers to support shipment processes
- Verify returned goods and prepare credit notes to maintain accurate records
- Provide customer service by responding to phone inquiries and assisting walk-in customers
- Print invoices for deliveries to ensure proper documentation
