Key Job Scope and Responsibilities:
- Contract Negotiation & Vendor Management: Source, select, and negotiate with carriers and leasing companies for cost-effective rates and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Performance & Compliance Monitoring: Ensure third-party vendors adhere to safety, compliance, and quality control standards.
- Fleet Cost Optimization: Analyze total cost of ownership (TCO) and lifecycle costs to implement cost-saving measures without compromising service.
- Asset Lifecycle & Maintenance Management: Oversee vehicle procurement, registration, licensing, and regular maintenance scheduling to minimize downtime.
- Operational Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate records for all fleet tracking systems and prepare performance reports for senior management.
