We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Logistics Operations Executive to manage daily logistics activities, warehouse coordination, stock movement, and delivery fulfillment.

Job Summary

The Logistics Operations Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end logistics operations including inventory control, warehouse coordination, delivery scheduling, retail replenishment, e-commerce fulfillment, supplier coordination, and reporting. The role ensures smooth operations between warehouse, retail outlets, and customers while maintaining cost efficiency and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management

. Monitor and manage stock levels across warehouse and retail outlets

. Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliation

. Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/system

. Coordinate stock replenishment to retail stores

. Monitor slow-moving and fast-moving SKUs

. Handle stock discrepancies and damage reports

. Implement inventory control procedures

2. Warehouse Operations

. Oversee daily warehouse activities

. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments

. Ensure proper storage of luggage products

. Supervise packing, labeling, and dispatching

. Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards

. Optimize warehouse space utilization

. Coordinate with warehouse assistants

3. Retail Store Support

. Schedule and arrange stock deliveries to retail outlets

. Ensure timely replenishment of best-selling items

. Coordinate inter-store stock transfers

. Support store teams during peak periods

. Handle urgent stock requests

4. E-Commerce Fulfillment

. Process online orders daily

. Ensure accurate picking and packing

. Arrange courier bookings

. Track shipment status

. Handle returns and exchanges

. Manage last-mile delivery issues

. Coordinate with online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, website, etc.)

5. Supplier & Vendor Coordination

. Liaise with suppliers for incoming shipments

. Arrange container unloading schedules

. Prepare documentation for imports

. Coordinate with freight forwarders

. Track shipment timelines

. Ensure compliance with Singapore import regulations

6. Delivery & Transport Management

. Plan daily delivery routes ( Class 3 or above)

. Coordinate with drivers and courier partners

. Monitor delivery KPIs

. Manage transportation costs

. Ensure on-time delivery to outlets and customers

. Handle customer complaints related to delivery

7. Reporting & Documentation

. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly logistics reports

. Monitor stock aging and movement reports

. Track warehouse productivity

. Maintain delivery performance records

. Manage inventory valuation reports

. File and maintain documentation properly

8. Cost Control & Efficiency

. Monitor logistics expenses

. Suggest cost-saving measures

. Improve operational workflows

. Implement SOP improvements

. Reduce inventory losses and shrinkage

9. Compliance & Safety

. Ensure compliance with Singapore workplace safety regulations

. Follow warehouse safety SOP

. Ensure proper documentation for imported goods

. Maintain safe handling of bulky luggage items

Basic Requirements..

Education

Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field

. ITE qualification with relevant experience may be considered

Experience

. Minimum 2-3 years experience in logistics, warehouse, or retail operations

. Experience in retail or FMCG industry preferred

. Experience handling bulky products (furniture, luggage, appliances) is an advantage

. Experience with Singapore local delivery coordination
