Operation manager

We are a newly incorporated transport & logistics service provider seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations of our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing fleet operations, supervising transport staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving operational efficiency to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, oversee, and coordinate daily transport and logistics operations.

Manage fleet allocation, routing, and scheduling to ensure timely deliveries.

Supervise drivers and operations staff to ensure service quality and efficiency.

Implement and monitor compliance with LTA, ICA, and MOM regulations.

Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules, fuel management, and workshop coordination.

Work closely with clients to understand requirements and provide tailored logistics solutions.

Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and safety standards.

Monitor operational KPIs and prepare management reports.

Support management in budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.

Requirements.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, logistics or related field.

At least 3-5 years of experience in transport, logistics, or supply chain operations.

Strong knowledge of fleet management, logistics planning, and compliance requirements.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Proficiency in MS Office is an advantage.
