We are a newly established transport and logistics company seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize our day-to-day operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing fleet activities, supervising transport personnel, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational excellence to support our growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily transport and logistics operations across the company.
- Manage fleet scheduling, routing, and allocation to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- Supervise drivers and operations staff, promoting high service standards and productivity.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory bodies including LTA, ICA, and MOM.
- Oversee vehicle maintenance, fuel usage, and workshop coordination.
- Collaborate with clients to understand logistics needs and deliver customized solutions.
- Develop and enforce operational policies, SOPs, and safety protocols.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular management reports.
- Assist in budgeting, cost control, and resource planning to support strategic goals.
