Position: Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to lead our transport operations and ensure smooth day-to-day execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily transport operations, including scheduling, routing, and fleet management.
- Supervise drivers and operational staff to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Monitor vehicle utilization, maintenance schedules, and safety compliance.
- Liaise with clients to meet service requirements and resolve operational issues in a timely and effective manne.
- Optimize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
- Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance analysis for management review.
- Ensure compliance with LTA, MOM, and other regulatory requirements.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to maintain high service standards.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in transport/logistics operations.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with LTA/MOM transport regulations.
- Proficient in scheduling software and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
