Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day club operations, including staff performance and overall operational efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene throughout the premises.
- Manage, supervise, and motivate operational staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Recruit, train, and manage operational staff.
- Plan and develop menus, promotional items, and related offerings.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to promote the club and develop monthly promotions, events, and activities.
- Build and maintain positive and cordial relationships with patrons.
- Ensure operational standards and service quality are consistently maintained.
- Be prepared to work night shifts daily, as well as weekends and eves of public holidays.
