NIGHTCLUB MANAGER

Job Description

Oversee day-to-day operations, including supervising staff and monitoring their performance, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation throughout the premises.

Be prepared to work night shifts on a daily basis, as well as weekends and the eve of public holidays.
Recruit, train, and manage operational staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Plan and develop menus and promotional items.
Work closely with the Marketing team to promote the club and develop monthly promotions and events.
Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with patrons to ensure a positive customer experience.
