Responsibilities
- Lead technical triages, working closely with application, systems, and vendor teams to restore service stability swiftly, while managing risks and preventing recurrence.
- Monitor events using state-of-the-art tools, including customization of monitors for enhanced visibility.
- Validate changes post-implementation to ensure successful completion without customer impact
- Perform packet capture analysis to isolate and identify root causes of complex network issues.
- Participate in post-incident reviews for high-impact network events and assist in driving permanent resolutions.
- Drive customer service remediation and mitigation efforts with a focus on continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
- Strong curiosity and passion for networking technologies.
- Hands on experience with F5 Load balancers, including iRules.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco routing and switching
- Exposure to Firewalls, Proxy services, and DNS infrastructure.
- Proficient in logical and critical thinking for troubleshooting and analysis.
- Interest in automation and toolset optimization for operational efficiency
- Knowledge on scripting language (python) is a plus
