Moulding Supervisor ( Automotive or Precision plastic components) 5 days / Good Pay

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Supervision

. Lead and supervise daily injection moulding operations to meet production schedules for automotive components.

. Allocate manpower and oversee machine operations across multiple moulding lines.

. Ensure strict adherence to productivity targets, cycle times, and output efficiency.

2. Quality & Compliance

. Ensure all parts produced meet automotive quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001).

. Work closely with Quality Assurance on in-process checks and non-conformance issues.

. Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for any quality deviations or customer complaints.

3. Moulding Process Control

. Oversee mould changeovers, machine start-up, shutdown, and parameter settings.

. Optimize machine settings to improve product consistency and reduce scrap.

. Troubleshoot process or equipment issues to minimize downtime.

Requirements:

. 3 years of injection moulding experience, preferably in automotive or precision plastic components.

. Familiar with IATF 16949, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and other automotive quality tools.
