What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
- Manage and motivate the service team to deliver excellent customer experience.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
- Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, and daily reports.
- Work closely with kitchen and management team to achieve outlet performance targets.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Captain or Restaurant Supervisor in the F&B industry.
- Food Safety Certificate (Level 1 mandatory, Level 3 preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of SFA, NEA, and WSH guidelines.
- Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
