- Component Quality Management: Support qualification of new components and requalification activities (e.g., Product Change Notifications) in line with company's Product Life Cycle and APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) processes.
- Preventive Quality Planning: Plan, initiate, and oversee advanced quality measures during the design and development phases to ensure supplier components meet all technical and quality requirements.
- Work closely with global and cross-functional teams including Purchasing, Engineering, Project Management, Local SQM, Customer Quality, and Logistic.
- Participate in the review of corrective actions from VDA 6.3 audits, with a strong focus on early involvement and preventive measures.
- Contribute to lessons learned and best practice sharing across the category, organization, and supplier base.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronic and/or Mechanical Engineering.
- Must have 3 years working experience in Automotive Industry and Suppliers Qulity scopes.
- Good understanding of Component Introduction in design & development phase, APQP management
- Good knowledge in process for plastic overmolding/molding and its secondary process with cosmetic requirement, stamping, press-fit stamping, sub-component assembly, automated inline testing, wire cutting/terminating for cable assemblies
- Strong Knowledge in quality related methodologies and standards (eg. FMEA, 8D review, 5WHY, Problem Solving, etc.)
- Able to work independently and also in team-based environment
