Production Supervisor = Basic up $3800
Senior Technician = Basic up $2500 + OT - 5 days, 8am-5:30pm

Job Scope:
Production Supervisor
- Lead team of 40 - 50 technician and operator
- Supervise daily production activities, including assembly, testing, and first article builds
- Plan schedules, assign tasks, and make sure work is completed on time and meets quality standards
- Train and guide production staff while promoting teamwork and continuous improvement
- Monitor equipment and processes to ensure safety, efficiency, and high product quality
- Work with other departments to solve production problems and improve processes
- Keep track of inventory, maintain production records, and analyze performance to identify areas for improvement
Senior Technician
- Check products to make sure they meet quality standards.
- Fix simple machine or process issues to avoid delays.
- Help with assembling, testing, and packing products.
- Keep records of production activities.
- Work with the team to meet production goals.
Requirement
Possess at least Nitec/Higher Nitec or relevant field
Relevant experiences in semicon industry will have added advantage
