Motor Vehicle Mechanic

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repair on automobiles, light and heavy trucks and other automotive equipment
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance (e.g. oil changes and tune-ups)
• Perform tests on specific parts and systems to ensure proper function
• Identifies mechanical problems either visually or with computer diagnostic equipment
• Install, modify, troubleshoot, diagnose and repair mechanical issue on vehicle
• Support and collaborate with Wireman or Welder when perform align works on vehicle
• Ensure safety practices are followed and housekeeping is maintained in accordance with safe work procedures
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Secondary or higher
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Mechanical and repair skills, engine overhaul, specialty tools and diagnostic equipment knowledge
