AUTOMATION TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks on vehicles and machinery, including inspections, oil changes, and filter replacements

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and determine appropriate repair solutions

Conduct repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, and other components as needed

Utilize metal welding and fabrication skills to repair and modify vehicle/machinery parts

Perform preventative maintenance to avoid future breakdowns and ensure equipment longevity

Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Perform ad-hoc duties as per manager's instructions.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a vehicle and machinery repair technician or similar role

Proficiency in metal welding and fabrication techniques

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
