Technician

Perform preventive maintenance on diesel and electric material handling equipment

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic faults

Service engines, motors, batteries, chargers, brakes, steering, and lifting systems

Read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and fault codes

Conduct safety inspections and ensure equipment complies with workplace safety standards

Replace defective parts and test equipment after repair

Maintain service records and job reports

Support breakdown calls and on-site repairs when needed

Requirements

Experience with diesel engines and electric-powered material handling equipment

Knowledge of hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and battery systems

Ability to use diagnostic tools and basic workshop equipment

Understanding of safety procedures in warehouse or industrial environments

Technical certification in mechanical, automotive, heavy equipment, or related field is often preferred

Ability to work independently and troubleshoot efficiently
