Role Overview
Are you passionate about building strong relationships and helping others grow As a Market Manager / Market Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting emerging professional Hosts and helping them succeed.
In this role, you will act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to a portfolio of Hosts in your region. You will provide tailored insights, recommend impactful strategies, and help Hosts optimize pricing, improve service quality, and better understand the platform.
You will also collaborate closely with Market Managers and cross-functional teams to scale Host education through webinars, email campaigns, and other engagement initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who brings energy, empathy, and curiosity to every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with Hosts by delivering timely and valuable support; occasional in-person meetings within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to identify growth opportunities and guide Hosts toward long-term success.
- Develop a deep understanding products and Host pain points to provide effective advice and share actionable feedback with internal teams.
- Partner with the team to design and execute one-to-many programs such as webinars, training sessions, and engagement campaigns.
- Support Hosts in improving performance, revenue growth, and overall platform adoption.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in account management, partner support, or a similar partner-facing role.
- Mandatory proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and build rapport in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive revenue growth for Hosts.
- Natural relationship builder with empathy, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and data-driven insights.
- Collaborative team player who actively shares knowledge and supports team success.
