Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES A. Digital Strategy & Campaign Management . Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple brands to increase brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth. . Plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta platforms, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid digital media. . Manage and maintain brand marketing calendars, ensuring timely execution of campaigns, launches, and content drops. . Translate business objectives into digital funnels for lead generation, conversion, and customer acquisition. B. Content Production & Creative Management . Supervise content workflow including filming support, behind-the-scenes capture, captioning (English and Mandarin), and content scheduling. . Coordinate with videographers, editors, and designers to ensure brand consistency across multimedia content. . Manage storytelling direction for three distinct content verticals: o Educational and parent-facing communication, performance, and educational content. o. short-form social content and community-engagement formats.
C. Community & Audience Engagement . Grow digital communities through organic engagement, interactive content, and platform-specific strategies. . Respond to audience inquiries, manage comment interactions, and support community-driven initiatives. . Assist with livestream preparation, social-based activations, and digital event marketing.
D. Analytics, Reporting & Performance Optimisation . Track and analyse key metrics including traffic, engagement, follower growth, conversion rates, and campaign ROI. . Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations for strategic improvements. . Adjust content and campaign strategies based on platform data, trends, and user behaviour.
E. Cross-Brand Marketing Coordination . Ensure marketing efforts across education brand, performance brand and growth engine to remain aligned with overall business goals. . Collaborate with operations, curriculum, and creative departments to support programme launches, workshops, events, and product releases. . Manage vendor, influencer, and partner relationships when required.
F. Operational & Administrative Support . Maintain digital asset libraries, content archives, and workflow SOPs. . Support CRM updates, email campaign execution, and marketing-related administrative duties. . Assist in developing internal systems and templates for future scalability. REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
. Bachelor's Degree (Hons) in Chinese Studies, Linguistics, Humanities, or related language-focused fields.
o Qualification is highly relevant due to the need for bilingual (Mandarin/English) content creation, parent-facing communication, and cultural messaging across Singapore/Malaysia digital audiences.
. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in administration, teaching, communications, or content-related roles.

o Experience demonstrates strong organisation, structured communication, and workflow discipline. . Proficiency in Mandarin and English with strong capability in bilingual writing, captioning, and communication. . Familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), audience behaviour, and digital trends. . Strong organisational, communication, and project-management skills. . Ability to coordinate with creative teams and manage multiple content pipelines concurrently. . Comfortable learning digital tools (analytics platforms, scheduling systems, CRM tools).


PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES . Experience engaging with parents, youth, or community groups. . Insight into Chinese-speaking cultural communication patterns, useful for bilingual campaigns and community engagement. . Prior exposure to content creation, editing coordination, or short-form video workflows. . Strong interpersonal skills, warmth, and clear communication style aligned with parent/student-facing needs.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) . Growth of digital platforms for each brand (reach, engagement, followers, watchtime). . Lead generation and conversion targets for education programmes. . Campaign performance metrics including CTR, CPA, ROI, and retention. . On-time execution of content calendar and campaign deadlines. . Effective bilingual communication across Mandarin and English content.
