Job Summary
Plan and execute integrated media campaigns across Print, Digital, and BTL channels to achieve marketing goals. Coordinate with agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery. Analyze campaign performance and support marketing operations with budgeting and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Plan, book, and execute Print, Digital, and Below-The-Line (BTL) media campaigns to achieve defined marketing objectives
- Manage and coordinate with agencies, vendors, and mall management to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of marketing activities
- Analyze campaign reports to evaluate post-campaign performance and measure return on investment (ROI) and response rates
- Process budgeting tasks including purchase orders (PO), invoices, and delivery orders (DO) to maintain financial accuracy
- Support the Marcom Manager in executing marketing activities aligned with strategic goals
- Prepare reports, handle paperwork, and manage ad hoc projects to support marketing operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Media Marketing, Mass Communication, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, preferably from an agency or related field
- Experience in digital marketing
- Creative mindset with strong advertising awareness
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to work independently while demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Result-oriented with the ability to multitask and a high drive to deliver
- Good time management and analytical skills
