Job Summary
Support the Marcom Manager by planning, booking, and executing Print, Digital, and BTL media campaigns. Manage vendor relationships, oversee budgeting and invoicing, analyze campaign reports to measure ROI, and handle ad hoc marketing projects.
Responsibilities
- Plan, book, and execute Print, Digital, and Below-The-Line (BTL) media campaigns to meet marketing objectives
- Manage and coordinate with agencies, vendors, and mall management to ensure timely and quality delivery of marketing activities
- Analyze post-campaign reports to evaluate performance and measure return on investment (ROI) and response rates
- Process budgeting tasks including purchase orders (PO), invoices, and delivery orders (DO) to maintain financial accuracy
- Assist the Marcom Manager in executing all marketing activities and projects
- Prepare reports and handle administrative paperwork related to marketing campaigns and ad hoc projects
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Media Marketing, Mass Communication, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in an agency or related field
- Experience in digital marketing
- Creativity with a strong sense of advertising awareness
- Ability to work independently with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Result-oriented with the ability to multitask and deliver under pressure
- Good time management and analytical skills
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
