Marketing Executive

Furen International School is an international A-level prep school located in Orchard. We are currently looking for a full-time marketing executive cum course consultant to join our team. It would be ideal if you can start immediately or as soon as possible. Minimum qualifications are a Diploma/Degree. Relevant experience is welcomed.

Job scope:

1. Provide agents or parents school tours when required and conduct consultation

2. Host and arrange study tour related work, prepare the invoice, reply any complaints/feedback and so on.

3. Maintains as the point of contact for all agent-related matters such as agent documents, agent application, agent training and slides, agent list

4. Regularly send new school information to agents (including monthly newsletter, solar term charts, agent training invitation forms, etc.)

5. Coordinate update and maintenance of information and content for the school website

6. Responsible for compiling, tracking and reporting the Average Pre-Course Counselling Satisfaction Survey result and reports.

7. Report to Head of Marketing on-site weekly on project/assignment given.

8. Any other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor or management of FIS.

9. Responsible for Agent Training Evaluation Analysis Report
