Vendor/Venue Identification, Negotiations and finalise event details and logistics
input all creative requests for event related incl, invites, social cards, event backdrop, pull up banner to creative team in-house/ external creative agency
Coordination and management of 3rd party conference incl booth build, and execution on-site for lighter lift events
Managing/ordering of Swags and ensure logistics for smooth operations
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing or Business (with marketing specialisation)
Minimum 1 years experience with event coordination
Great sense of responsibility & good time management
Working within a tight timeframe
Self-confident with professional and effective inter-personal skills
Fluent written & oral communication skills
A good eye for design is advantageous
Willing to travel
Additional Information
Salary S$3.5K to S$4.5K
Contract duration: 6-month contract, renewable
Commencement Date: Immediate
Working days and hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
