About the Role:
As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing company events ranging from product launches, trade fairs, and consumer activations to internal team gatherings. You'll play a key role in ensuring every event reflects the Goomes brand-youthful, energetic, and innovative-while delivering flawless execution.
Key Responsibilities:
. Plan, organize, and execute corporate and consumer events (e.g., product launches, weekend popup, holiday events, trade shows, conferences, wellness fairs, internal company retreats etc).
. Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure smooth delivery.
. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and venue partners.
. Ensure events reflect the company's youthful brand identity and deliver engaging experiences.
. Manage on-site execution, including setup, registration, vendor coordination, and troubleshooting.
. Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success and recommend improvements.
. Support branding initiatives by aligning events with overall marketing strategy.
Requirements:
. At least 1-3 years of experience in event planning, preferably in FMCG, healthcare, or lifestyle brands.
. Critical thinking skill and being able to work independently in relative field
. Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills confident in liaising with external vendors and stakeholders.
. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
. Creative, energetic, and passionate about creating engaging brand experiences.
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office knowledge of design/marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
