- Plan and coordinate venues and vendors for events and roadshows
- Handle event logistics, set-up, and stock management
- Support promotional fulfilment and respond to group and corporate enquiries
- Assist with sourcing of festive gifts and manage campaign timelines
- Handle vendor quotes, payments, and tracking
- Track event results, RSVP lists, and feedback
- Manage inventory of marketing materials, merchandise, and flyers
- Prepare monthly reports on campaign and sales performance
- Perform on-site checks to ensure event set-up and adherence to brand guidelines
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Business / Marketing or any related field
- Min 1 year experience in marketing and event coordination
- Experience in Canva is a bonus
- Working Location: Orchard
- Working hours: Mon to Fri (8:30am - 6pm)
- Comfortable to work weekends if event required
- Salary: Up to $4000
- 1 year contract, renewable
- Completion bonus upon completion of full year contract
