Plan and execute marketing events, including online and offline activities such as exhibitions, product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand activations.
Oversee event logistics, including material preparation, supplier coordination, and on-site execution, ensuring seamless event delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, design) and external partners (e.g., media, event agencies) to manage all aspects of event planning and execution.
Track event progress, manage budgets, and ensure expenses are controlled within the allocated budget.
Collect and analyze event performance data, generate post-event reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, proposing innovative event strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in marketing event planning and execution, with a preference for experience in large-scale events.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders effectively.
Ability to work under pressure, with a strong sense of responsibility, exceptional execution skills, and keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in English, with the capability to use it as a working language.
Experience in event planning and brand promotion in the payments or fintech sector will be a plus.
