Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Business Development Executive for a full-time, on-site role in Singapore. You will support the growth of our corporate healthcare business by managing accounts and executing marketing campaigns across digital channels. This role suits someone who is proactive, organized, and enjoys both relationship-building and hands-on marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities

1) Sales Planning & Account Management

  • Support delivery of business objectives aligned to the business development strategy.
  • Assist in prospecting and lead follow-ups (calls, emails, messages) to grow corporate accounts.
  • Coordinate and execute onsite activities (e.g., corporate health screening, vaccination events, roadshows) including logistics and vendor coordination.
  • Respond to client enquiries promptly, resolve issues efficiently, and escalate risks/complex cases early.
  • Prepare proposals/quotations and follow through on confirmations, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Ensure invoicing/admin matters are handled promptly (e.g., checks on billing status, required supporting documents, client follow-ups).

2) Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Execute multi-channel campaigns across social media platforms.
  • Assist in content coordination (simple copywriting, scheduling posts, coordinating creatives).
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing activities (basic boosts, targeting inputs, landing page coordination where needed).
  • Track and report marketing performance (reach, engagement, leads, cost metrics if running ads) and suggest improvements.
  • Support and help lead marketing programs (events, internal/external outreach).
  • Ensure consistent brand identity and tone across all channels and materials.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Fresh graduates / no experience are welcome.
  • Candidates with 1–2 years in business development, account servicing, sales support, or marketing are an advantage.
  • Clear communication and message delivery via email, WhatsApp/text, and phone.
  • Strong time management and ability to coordinate multiple tasks with deadlines.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred / Advantage

  • Exposure to healthcare, clinics, wellness, insurance, corporate HR, or service-based industries.
  • Comfortable with basic digital tools (Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Page tools, simple spreadsheets).

  • Working hours: standard office hours, with flexibility during onsite events
  • Training provided: onboarding on corporate workflow, service offerings, and marketing processes
