Hector | Built Environment, Fire Safety & Security Solutions
Hector is looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Executive to support business growth in the built environment industry, covering fire shutters, roller shutters, security shutters, fire-rated systems, and related building safety solutions.
The role is suitable for someone who enjoys client engagement, project-based sales, digital marketing, and working with contractors, consultants, developers, building owners, facility managers, and industry partners.
Develop new sales opportunities in the built environment sector, including commercial, industrial, residential, and institutional projects.
Follow up on enquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate site visits, and support tender submissions.
Build and maintain relationships with main contractors, architects, consultants, property managers, facility managers, and building owners.
Support marketing activities, including website content, social media posts, project references, product brochures, and email campaigns.
Track project leads, maintain customer records, and update sales pipelines.
Coordinate internally with operations, project, and technical teams to ensure accurate proposals and smooth handover after order confirmation.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential partnership opportunities in the construction and facilities management sectors.
Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Built Environment, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related discipline.
1 to 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, construction products, building materials, M&E, fire safety, security systems, or related industries.
Good communication, presentation, and follow-up skills.
Comfortable speaking with contractors, consultants, building owners, and technical teams.
Able to prepare simple marketing content, sales presentations, and customer proposals.
Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple leads and deadlines.
Basic knowledge of Singapore's construction, renovation, fire safety, or facilities management industry will be an advantage.
Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence and/or Class 2B motorcycle licence, or be willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Practical, hands-on, and willing to learn technical products.
Strong sense of ownership and customer service.
Able to balance sales targets with professional, solution-based advice.
Interest in fire safety, security, building compliance, and construction technology.
