Marketing Executive (70% Digital | 30% Offline)
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Executive to support and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing campaigns across digital (70%) and offline (30%) channels, including social media, email, paid ads, in-store promotions, and events.
- Assist in content creation and planning, including social media posts, visuals, captions, and basic campaign assets.
- Support end-to-end campaign execution, from coordination and scheduling to on-ground implementation and follow-ups.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on key metrics (engagement, traffic, conversions).Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Creative) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and brand consistency.
- Liaise with external vendors and partners (e.g. printers, event organisers, influencers) to ensure timely delivery.
- Support offline activations, including events, roadshows, and store-level marketing initiatives to drive footfall.
- Maintain marketing materials and brand assets, ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Assist in managing marketing budgets and tracking expenses.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably with digital exposure
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and basic content creation
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (ads, SEO, analytics) is a plus
- Strong coordination and organisational skills
- Proactive, willing to learn, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
