Job Description
The retail sales supervisor for luxury watches is responsible for providing our clients with exceptional service by meeting their individual needs. He/she should be committed to fostering the client's Brand Loyalty through social media platforms. We are looking for an experienced, engaged, team-playing individual to join the team.
Job Responsibilities
- Be the ambassador of our brand and maintain store presentation standards
- Convey passion for our brands through creating a luxury client experience
- Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction by assessing their needs, providing information and assistance when required
- Demonstrate a strong sense of selling skills and sense of product knowledge
- Ability to prioritize and excellent follow-up skills through corporate email
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales
- Luxury retail sales experience will be an added advantage
- Customer Service Oriented
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team player
- Motivated and driven
- Professional training will be provided
Other information
- Able to work on Weekends/PH
- (Optional to include) Salary range: S$3500-$4000 (Fixed Monthly Salary)
