Delivering training sessions in both physical and virtual formats, including conducting demonstrations, development trials, and system testing of ITCH equipment onboard vessels during their voyages.
Executing verification checks onboard vessels at ports, terminals, or while at anchor.
Handling logistical coordination for the delivery and return of equipment between the storage warehouse and vessels within Singapore.
Performing software and firmware updates when necessary training will be arranged by the headquarters in Stavanger, Norway.
Customer support duties: Offering operational guidance and suggestions to improve equipment performance.
Joining local, in-person sales visits and product showcases when required.
Supporting miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma holder or above in maritime studies, or marine and offshore engineering.
Preferably with prior experience as a maritime deck cadet.
Must be comfortable boarding vessels at various locations and sailing on short voyages.
Strong communication, organizational, and reporting capabilities.
Detail-oriented, analytical, self-motivated, and proactive in approach.
Team-oriented with a willingness to contribute and collaborate.
Willing to travel overseas for training and work-related duties as needed.
