Operations Executive (Marine)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operations of multiple tankers in collaboration with the Chartering team and internal ship management.
• Act as the main point of contact with charterers, brokers, agents, and vessels on voyage instructions and schedules.
• Monitor compliance with charter party agreements, arrange agency services, and manage shipping documents.
• Assess stowage plans and tank cleaning schedules under the direction of the Head of Operations.
• Coordinate with masters, owners, and agents, providing guidance on cargo loading, discharging, and stowage.
• Supervise loading and discharging processes along with the preparation of related documentation.
• Submit operational reports and updates to the Head of Operations.
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma qualification.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply 1-2 years of experience in tanker operations will be considered an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and manage competing priorities.
• Proactive, adaptable, and resilient under pressure.
• Willing to work flexible hours and remain on standby when needed.
• Collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
