What You Will Do *
Set up and operate machines such as CNC/NC Milling, Lathe, Surface Grinding, Shaping, Hobbing, broaching and conventional machines to produce high quality products conforming to the customers specifications. Support CORE & EH&S activities.
What You Will Learn
General role in supporting CORE, EH&S, Ethics & Compliance and Quality initiatives.
Qualifications You Must Have *
Minimum Education required (specific field or equivalent): NITEC /Higher NITEC in Precision Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum years of experience in role: At least 1 year working experience in a Precision Engineering environment.
Qualifications We Prefer
Preferred Skills (if any):
Basic command of written and spoken English.
Able to work weekly rotating shifts.
Desired Characteristics:
A team player.
Good mechanical aptitude.
Good knowledge in CNC programming.
Able to apprehend technical instructions/drawings.
Able to use measuring instruments.
Previously worked in a manufacturing environment.
